So what is this?
Uni-Form is an attempt to standardize form markup (xhtml) and css, "modularize" it, so even people with only basic knowledge of these technologies can get nice looking, well structured, highly customizable, semantic, accessible and usable forms.
Form styles
Choose between most common form layouts by simply assigning a css class to the fieldset element in order to get a different layout of the form controls your design requires.
Usage

Plug and play style. Download uni-form.zip (v1.3; 68KB) and you're pretty much all set! It is encouraged to edit css properties only in the uni-form.css file, so you can easily upgrade to the newer versions as they come along by copying over the old copy of uni-form-generic.css.

Also make sure to check out the community, official documentation and resources for various extensions and help. Enjoy your Uni-Form!
